What to send with your inquiry
The problem
Share your website URL, a clear description of what is broken, and screenshots if available. Avoid sending login credentials through the general inquiry form.
Access and constraints
We will first verify whether your hosting and website tools allow the requested change, and agree on how access can be shared securely.
When a rebuild makes more sense
If the requested repairs exceed a few hours or require a new site, we'll suggest a separate estimate rather than turning a tune-up into an open-ended job. See website design packages.

No. It is a starting price for up to three hours of agreed fixes. Complex platform work, migrations and added functionality need separate scoping.
Do you need my website password?
Not through the inquiry form. If access is required, we will agree on an appropriate secure method.
Can a tune-up include mobile fixes?
Yes, mobile layout or display improvements are among the examples, within a written agreed scope.
What if you cannot repair it within the estimate?
We will explain the limitation and propose separately approved work before continuing outside the agreed scope.
