1. About this website
This website provides information about Rumble Flea Studios, its portfolio, and potential website, application, and related digital services. These Website Terms govern visitors' use of the studio website. They do not, by themselves, create an agreement for paid development services. Client projects are governed by a separately approved written proposal, scope of work, and applicable client-service agreement.
2. Estimates are not orders
Displayed prices are starting examples for limited, clearly defined services, not a binding offer to perform every project at that price. An inquiry, estimate, email exchange, or consultation does not reserve work, establish a deadline, or authorize a charge. No project begins unless the parties agree in writing on its scope, price, timetable, and payment terms.
3. Portfolio demonstrations
Games, tools, and project demonstrations may be prototypes, works in progress, or separately published applications. We make a reasonable effort to describe their status accurately. Availability, features, device compatibility, and links can change. Some applications may have their own terms or privacy disclosures; please review those where provided.
4. Content ownership
Unless otherwise indicated, the Rumble Flea Studios name, branding, site design, editorial descriptions, and portfolio artwork belong to the studio or their respective owners/licensors. You may view and link to public pages using ordinary lawful methods. You may not falsely claim authorship, republish portfolio content as your own, or use the studio's branding in a misleading way. Third-party trademarks remain with their respective owners.
5. Responsible use
Please do not use the website or inquiry tools to send spam, malware, unlawful content, impersonations, or information you lack permission to share. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the website's operation, or defeat security controls. We may reject abusive inquiries or take appropriate steps to protect the service.
6. Third-party services and external links
The website may refer to third-party hosting providers, app stores, payment providers, resources, or other sites. We do not control their services, rules, availability, privacy practices, or content. Their own terms may apply. We do not guarantee that a third-party store will accept or publish a client application or that a search engine will award particular rankings.

We aim to keep this site useful and accurate, but its public content and demonstrations may be updated or interrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and free portfolio demos are provided without guarantees of continuous availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our separate Privacy Notice explains our project-inquiry information practices. Submitting an inquiry gives us permission to respond to that inquiry; it does not automatically opt you into unrelated promotional emails or sign you up for a paid service.
9. Changes, governing law, and contact
