1. Scope

This notice describes how Rumble Flea Studios handles information associated with its studio website, inquiries about website and software services, and correspondence that follows. Games and applications linked from our portfolio can have their own storage behavior or privacy notices; we will identify those separately where needed. This notice does not replace privacy terms for a client website or application that we develop for another business.

2. Information you provide

If you send a project inquiry, we request your name, email address, the type of service you need, an approximate budget, desired start time, and a project description. You may also provide a business or website name and indicate whether you need copywriting. If you contact us by email or begin a project, we may receive additional information you voluntarily send, such as correspondence, project assets, proposals, invoices, and agreed project records.

Please do not send passwords, bank or payment card details, government identifiers, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through our inquiry form. If sensitive access is required for a later project, we will agree on a suitable secure method separately.

3. How we use information

We use information to review your request; communicate with you; prepare estimates, proposals, and invoices; provide agreed services; maintain records; prevent abuse; and meet legal obligations. Sending an inquiry does not authorize a payment or start a client contract. We do not use project inquiry details to enroll you in an unrelated marketing mailing list without a separate basis or permission.

4. Website hosting, email, and security providers

Our website uses server hosting and server tools to help screen automated submissions. Server may process technical information such as network and device signals, browser information, IP address, and security events.

5. Browser storage and project demonstrations

Our studio website may use basic browser features to operate navigation, preferences, and its inquiry flow. Portfolio games and installable web applications may use local storage, service workers, or on-device records to support their features, including offline operation. Those records ordinarily remain on your device unless a particular product says otherwise. Clearing browser or app data can erase locally stored progress. We will review linked products individually before representing that they have no data collection.

Advertising and analytics: We are not intentionally using the project inquiry form to sell personal information or serve targeted ads.

6. Sharing

We share information with service providers only as reasonably needed to host and secure the site, deliver messages, and perform agreed services; when you direct us to share it; or when disclosure is required or permitted by law. We do not publish customer inquiries. If a client authorizes a project showcase or testimonial, the scope of that permission should be documented separately.

7. Retention and security

We retain inquiry and project records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, perform agreed services, resolve disputes, maintain appropriate business records, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable security practices and limit access to information according to operational need, but no online service can promise absolute security.

8. Your requests

You may contact create@rumblefleastudios.com to ask what inquiry information we retain, request correction, or request deletion. We will consider requests under applicable law, including any retention requirements or exceptions. We may need to verify the identity of someone requesting access to or deletion of records.

Applicable privacy rights depend on your location, the type of information, and whether a particular law applies to our operations. We do not make a blanket claim that every jurisdiction's privacy statute applies to us.

9. Children

The studio's project inquiry service is intended for adults or people authorized to act for a business. We do not knowingly request children's personal information through the client inquiry form. Linked games may have separate audiences and must be evaluated independently.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this notice as services and practices change, showing a revised date on the page. Material changes should be communicated when required by law. Questions or privacy requests: create@rumblefleastudios.com
