691 one-page sites built. This is a deliberately small product with a clear boundary: a simple, useful online presence, not a custom web application.

After agreeing to the written scope, the full agreed Teeny Site fee is paid upfront before development begins. Any applicable taxes or separately approved extras are additional.

What's included

One responsive HTML-and-CSS webpage using a proven layout.
Client-provided text, logo, and up to three images.
Up to five clickable links, including email and social profiles.
Basic browser title and search description.
One consolidated round of text and link corrections.

A practical web address, without a big project

Good fits

Personal introductions, small services, event announcements, simple business profiles and link hubs whose main job is helping people find your information.

The customer supplies finished content, including permission to use all photos and brand materials.

Not included in the $99 package

Domain registration, hosting, original copywriting, new branding concepts, custom scripting or JavaScript, forms, databases, booking systems, extra pages, complex animations or additional revisions.

Anything outside this fixed scope requires a separate written estimate.

Frequently asked questions

Can I supply my own logo and photographs?

Yes. Supply final, licensed files and the text you want displayed. The base package allows a logo and up to three images.

Can it include a contact form?

Not within the $99 HTML-and-CSS-only scope. For a contact form, consider the custom Launch Page or request a written add-on quote.

Is hosting or a domain name included?

No. Registration and hosting are separate expenses unless specifically included in a written proposal.

When do I pay?

Once you approve the written scope, the agreed Teeny Site price is due in full before work begins. Requesting a quote is free.

What if I need more pages later?

We can quote an upgrade or an additional page separately, or recommend a custom website package.
